BSGAR presents: A Virtual Learning Programme (ST1-3): Anaemia and weight loss

The British Society of Gastrointestinal and Abdominal Radiology (BSGAR) present: A Virtual Learning Programme – 1st Tuesday of the month 2023/24 for Core Radiology Trainees (ST 1-3). A BSGAR delivered, HEE funded, GI entry level national series of lectures. All UK SpRs can access live during academy sessions, please liaise with your TPD.

BSGAR is delighted to collaborate with HEE for the benefit of our trainees. BSGAR will deliver 10 half day sessions, each comprising 4 topics, delivered virtually. Sessions will be delivered on the first Tuesday of each month from September 2023 to July 2024 (please note slight amendments to accommodate Christmas and Easter holidays).

Sessions will be delivered via Zoom and share anonymized imaging cases using the cloud-based software, Pacsbin. The relevant links to each session will be distributed by Academy leads via BSGAR.

It is anticipated that Academies will offer these AM sessions locally, with trainees attending an appropriate communal venue. If Academies wish to deliver this learning virtually, the links provided can be distributed to individual trainees. If Academies/Hospitals cannot release trainees for the session but wish these to be accessible after the event, the topics/session recordings will be made available via a specific location on the BSGAR website, details will be provided in due course.
